When I was going through college and taking art history classes, I found Dadaism and Contemporary Art fascinating because of it's political expression. I've been creating my own art since 2009, but didn't start leaning into anti-fascist art until 2025. I rebranded and became "Angry Root" as a way to process my feelings in this f*cked up world and confront the broken systems.

The world has gone to shit, but it's through art that we feel a sense of community and togetherness. Politics have always belonged in Art and Art has always been political.
