What is the return policy?
There are no returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out so I can assist you.
My order says delivered, but I haven't received it yet.
Stickers and patches are sent via lettermail and USPS uses a third party platform called Pitney Bowes. Pitney Bowes is notorious for having inaccurate tracking information. Sometimes the tracking will say delivered when it has only been delivered to the local USPS location. That being said, please reach out that way I can further assist you.
When will I get my order?
I work hard to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and time of year. Please allow orders to be processed in 3-5 days.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of my products are designed by me, however, some products I do not manufacture in house. I choose to support small businesses who align with my brand and beliefs. Prints and cards are manufactured 100% by me. Stickers are manufactured by MKM Prints or Sticker Ninja. Patches are manufactured by HPI Emblem.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you use generative AI?
Absolutely not. None of my designs are created using generative AI or stealing from other artists. All of my designs are created by me!
